Mindfulness During the Time of COVID-19

It’s humbling to be able to share my experiences with Mindfulness 4 Mamas. I share the journey beginning People Spread Love. I also share my rebirth into motherhood and releasing expectations in order to find harmony in my own life. The pandemic has shifted my perspective. I am incredibly grateful for this time even if it comes with heightened emotions, there is a calmness to it that I am finding strangely comforting.

There is a 5 minute meditation in the beginning of this video that recognizes the thoughts as they arise. We use the breath to bring us back into the present moment and just begin again.
