Giving Tuesday 2023

🎂 We find it quite fitting that GivingTuesday coincides with the birthday of our founder, Heather DeVine. It’s a perfect opportunity to celebrate her legacy by giving back to a cause she holds dear.

In 2015, Heather launched People Spread Love with the goal of bringing light and hope to strangers in need after a tragic event cast a dark shadow. Since then, she has built a community of well-intentioned individuals who spread love far and wide through the art of letter-writing. 💌➰🥰

“When we make a routine of writing notes of love, we normalize kindness and empathy for others, and that’s amazing! PSL has the power to facilitate deeper connections and love, creating a better world. Your time, energy, and financial support are greatly appreciated to continue our efforts in spreading love and compassion into the world,” says our founder, Heather DeVine.📣

Giving Tuesday (Nov 28th) happens to be PSL’s Founder and Executive Director’s 40th birthday!

Make a donation of $40 perhaps to wish her a happy birthday and to show your love and support for PSL’s heartwork.

Your generous contributions enable us to maintain and further the momentum of writing letters and spreading love. Please consider making a monetary donation to People Spread Love in honor of GivingTuesday. You can also support our cause by sending a note of love to someone who could use it.

Above all else, this GivingTuesday, let’s spread love to those around us.

With Love & Gratitude,

People Spread Love

Listen to Heather DeVine’s interview with Eileen and Cheryl on their podcast, You Only Go Once.
We promise you a compelling journey, told through the voice of our guest, the inspiring Heather Devine, who took a tragic event and turned it into a beacon of hope and love. Heather, a mom, wife, business owner, and the guiding light behind People Spread Love, narrates her transformative journey from a self-serving life to one dedicated to spreading love and compassion. She takes us back to the summer of 2015 when, driven by a heart-wrenching event, she started a project with her community that continues to invite people to show empathy and compassion, years later.
