Kindness in Teton Valley Matters

Thank you Teton Valley for participating in this kindness project this summer. The outpour of gratitude, appreciation, and goodwill this brought to the community was just what we all needed. We took in a dozen nominations and fulfilled each one of them.

We have successfully delivered “kindnesses” to: Ethan, Cooper, Kierra, Mindy, Katie, Anna, Erin, Karen, Community Resource Center of Teton Valley, Teton Valley Food Pantry, Mental Health Coalition of Teton Valley, and the Family Safety Network. Each kindness gestures were for many reasons like grief, gratitude/appreciation, illness, or recovering from an accident. No matter the reason, the kindnesses delivered.

This project attracted partners that helped us fulfill a special offering to the community that helped amplify our notes of love with gift cards to spa/salon treatments, flowers, self-care products, coffee, travel mugs, gift cards for food, clothing, potato chips, and much more! Their generosity of in-kind donations and discounted services and products helped this pilot project really take off.

A step further of this campaign, Art’s Coffee offered up a card making station “Write a Note of Love, Get a FREE Latte” at their coffee shop counter. Additionally, Red House Flowers offered “Give a Flower, Take a Flower” at different locations in the valley, where folks could take a flower for yourself/others from the bucket.

These little sprinkles of kindness go a very long way.

“These cards are amazing, I cry every time I read them (more from a happy place of gratitude 🥹) Renew is the hair salon I use, thank you so much! Also, the date was written on one of the cards (Melissa in Alta, WY) well 8/20/25 was the one year anniversary of my dad passing. The universe 🥰
Thank you!!!!”
