Couple spread love and kindness in memory of deceased son

Caleb’s parents felt inspired by the love and kindness that their son left trailing behind his brief but beautiful life. His parents perform acts of kindness through the community each month and they call it “The Caleb Effect,” from donating in-kind to animal shelters to distributing Hot Wheels cars – Caleb’s favorite toy – to children in restaurants 

who seem to need a whimsical pick-me-up.
